"Fluener," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Fluener, operated by Walid Hamdi, sole proprietor, located in Tunis, Tunisia. These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your use of our language learning platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Fluener, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Subscription Terms
Plans: Fluener offers multiple subscription tiers — Premium ($8/mo), Pro ($15/mo), and Teams ($49/mo). Each plan unlocks different features including vocabulary access, AI tutoring, and specialization packs. For full details, visit our Pricing page.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to your plan's features until then.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases, including plan upgrades. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of any new plan purchase, contact us at support@fluener.com for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. 5. User Accounts
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Account Sharing: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
