These Terms of Service govern your use of Fluener. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. About Fluener
"Fluener," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Fluener, operated by Walid Hamdi, sole proprietor, located in Tunis, Tunisia. These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your use of our language learning platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Fluener, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Subscription Terms
- Plans: Fluener offers a single Premium subscription, unlocking the AI Voice Tutor, domain vocabulary packs, a premium badge, exclusive live emojis, and gold premium styling on your messages.
- Billing: Premium is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to Premium features until then.
- Payment Processing: Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing, with Google acting as merchant of record. A small number of subscribers who purchased through our web checkout before it was discontinued may still be billed via Stripe until that subscription lapses or is migrated to Google Play. 4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Premium subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your purchase, contact us at support@fluener.com for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.
5. User Accounts
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- Account Sharing: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse our services
- Violate any applicable laws
- Harass or harm other users
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas
- Share or distribute accounts
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Fluener are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fluener is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via email or the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
