At Fluener, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for the Premium plan.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Premium subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund with no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

New Subscriptions

Refunds are available for the first 14 days from the date of your Premium subscription purchase.

Renewal Subscriptions

After the 14-day period, subscription renewals are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.


How to Request a Refund

If you're within the 14-day guarantee period, follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@fluener.com with the subject line "Refund Request"

2. Include your account email, the plan you purchased, and the purchase date

3. Briefly explain the reason (optional but helps us improve)

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Account Access

Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be revoked and your account will revert to the Free plan immediately.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from using Fluener, contact support first. We'll work to resolve it before considering a refund outside the standard window.

Fraudulent Activity

Refund requests linked to fraudulent activity or abuse will be denied and the account may be permanently suspended.

Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us directly, we may be unable to resolve the issue promptly. Always reach out to us first.

Cancellations Without Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations after the 14-day window are not eligible for refunds, but you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Fluener after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
